Stomach hard
My stomach getting hard everyday after completed my meal at both after noon and night, and some times I felt like upper abdominal discomfort,even iam taking little amount of food , and not able to drink water because of that, and if I try to drink it becomes more harder, iam facing constipation issues, iam facing this issues from the last one year.

Because whatever food you are having is not getting properly digested that's why there is constipation and this constipated stomach is leading to this feeling after meal
