If i touch,Streching or exhailing my stomach pain is so much...I tired medicines to cure that Like Rantac,Eno& PanD .The pain is from Inside.Is there any cure for this..

I regularly have loose motions few days it's ok then again it starts suffering from this problem for over 10 years stomach is never in good shape digestion is not good. Consulted many doctors no result waste of money problem is as it is.

I eat properly and healthy food still i m facing problem of acidity ,gas ,constipation ,mouth ulser and other problems related to my  unhealthy digestive system. Why is happens..?
