Constipation
Hi doctor, I'm 27yrs old, unmarried girl. I'm experiencing constipation since 4days(its for the first time in my life I think). I tried many of the natural remedies but none of them seem to be working. I have hypothyroidism and I'm on 25mg of the hormone. I'm also taking Pan D capsules as I sometimes experience acid reflux too. Pleace kindly direct me the treatment for the constipation.

You need to recheck your thyroid hormone levels. Because hypothyroidism can lead to worsening constipation. If needed you have to go up on the side after seeing the results. Apart from that you can take syrup liquid paraffin/cremaffin 20ml in the night for one week , for time being.
Next Steps
Drink plenty of water, even if you are not feeling thirsty.
