Hello I've been having a rough time with my acid reflux and I've been having a tightness in my chest with it. I've been taking Prilosec OTC which has given me some relief but normally by the evening the tightness comes back. I'm sleeping elevated but it's still bothersome and causing me to wake up out of my sleep. Could you give me some suggestions that will help the tightness go away? I've also been watching my diet and only eating twice a day most of the time because the reflux is so bad.
