Stomach Problems & Remedies

Got food poisoning a week ago, vomited once and had diarrhea once, then I've lost my appetite and have not been able to regain it since. I'm able to eat here and there, but my legs and arms feel weak, not sure if it's caused by anxiety/depression or if it's post-effects of the poisoning. I do get hunger pangs now and then but I have no appetite, and my mouth sometimes gets dry.

I am having gas problem since last 2-3 days. Slight Stomach ache in between or after meals due to gas, heavy burps many times , loose motions , stomach bloating , not feeling hungry due to stiffness of stomach. Also entire day food vomit at night. I had pomogranate, coconut water , hing at home which gives relief but not cured fully. Can I take unienzyme tablet without doctors prescription as the same is prescribed to my mother by doctor when she faces same issue or please suggest something. I tried to overcome it with home remedies without taking any medicines & feeling better than yesterday but not fully well.

My stomach is bloating even for small quantity of food. I have been having mild aches often on left side of the abdomen.

I am suffering with headache I can understand that it is due to heavy gastric disorder. Can some one suggest how to get rid off this headache.i was not able to continue my work and not even able to view the screen.. feel like vomit..but burps are coming.. Thanks in advance.

Since yesterday morning I've had shooting pains and tightness in my chest area. It is more noticeable after I have eaten or drunk anything and it feels tight and heavy. I thought it was heartburn at the start but I still have it now so I'm not sure.

Everyday after eating food in the afternoon potty comes or after awake at evening If this is not a problem Then why is it so, and it is probably wrong to have potty in between two to three times a day, it seems like that doesn't suits me whatever I have eaten, all goes out and because of this my stomach got disturb whole day

I have allergy from gluten and lactose and deficiency of vitamin B12 and D so not able to digest food properly

I have gas problem in my stomach, which happened due to smoking 4 years back, i have quit smoking since thanand took course of 3 months omeprazole,, i had either Gerd or acid reflux ,because of gas i have suffocation and cannot run aur play, proton pump inhibitor tablets help me, now recently 6 months back iam having the same problem, does gas really cause suufocation and herat rate to increase suddenly? if yes than treatment if any?

I've been taking these tablets Emanzen D and I have constipation all the time what to do Is this normal
