Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have had horrible pain in right abdomen. Mostly upper, however I have had pain in lower as well. Very nauseated and headache. No fever. Had blood work done yesterday. Everything was normal, including red blood cells and all liver function tests EXCEPT bilirubin which was 7.1!!!! I am not yellow or jaundiced. How do you explain this? Thank you.

I feel like something is stuck in my throat and when after every meal there is nausea and when I burp I do vomit sometimes.it's been like this for more than a week and now there is small red dots appearing on my skin

I've been suffering from stomach related issues from a year or so. I've this urge of going to the washroom too often in a single day. Most of the times I'm constipated and loose motioned, grumbling noises and flatulance. My diet is good and I do not consume junk and spicy food much. I controlled the intake of diary products. Inspite of all healthy habits and exercises, I am still suffering from this. Please suggest me what to do. If anything serious tell me whom to contact

I've had unknown fever the other night, haven't had a chance to check it with my thermometer because I feel exhausted, cold and in need of another blanket. Next day I checked, it was 101.48f, so I took my tramacet, fever's gone and took another after 6hrs. Rested for a while and I haven't had lunch, so had my dinner instead around 7 but I feel full, really full afterwards, had acid reflux often and I just started to palpate and feel out of breath. And I felt comfort in lying down.

For one week, I had bloody stools. It started out pretty bad, but gradually lessened over time. I started taking a fiber supplement as well as hemorrhoidal wipes. My stools have not been bloody for two days, but I’ve had different stool. It seems slimey and just a few moments ago, it was dark and light as well as slimey.
