My 78 year father has been suffering from hiccups and stomach infection which antibiotics shall I give

I am having severe stomach pain since two days back, I had chicken at KFC after which I started experiencing stomach pain. Tried all meds such as Pudin hara, digene, eno , pain killers etc.

I m 19 years old Male, i used to have proper Stools, but one sudden day i started feeling constipated, i tried every home remedy to relieve it, even ate fiber , but it aint going. I have stool every morning but shape is changed and stool are smaller in size, they have a sharpe edge and i experiance burn sensation after it, Please guide me for the same.

What does it mean by mild edematous distal rectal wall thicknening by 7mm. This is shown in CT scan report post polypectomy. I had a sessile polyp measuring 1.2cm. polyp was removed partially. Biopsy shows tubular adenoma with moderate displacia. Base is free. I need to know CT scan report. Does wall thicknening meant as colon cancer? What is significance of wall thicknening?
