Feeling gastric Nd stomach pain since 2 days .Nd it's since I had too much or alcohol

I am suffering from stomach pain. And vomiting in every 2 to 3 days . Sometimes its hard to eat and digest.

I have sever acidity since 1 year. unable to eat as it result in acidity and gas

I had 101.5 fever 2 days back. And from last 3 days having chills, headache, dizziness, loss of appetite and weakness. After looking at the symptoms it looks like food poisoning. I have been taking crocin and lot of fluids from last 3 days. But still, I'm having a headache and mild dizziness. I might even have fever after it's dark. I haven't taken any medication today just taking rest.

I have being alcoholic since last 10 years from last two months i feel a little pain near lower right side of abdomen i have being taking liv 52 on a regular basis and have motion at least twice or some times thrice a day i have recenlty also have some rashes on my skin. I take healthy regular diet fruits,green tea and low oil food please advice
