Rectum Polyp
Had rectum polyp, polyp taken out completely, Biopsy report state "Villous Edenoma with moderate to severe dysplasia, the base of the polyp is negative for dysplastic gland" Please suggest if any further surgery needed?

Get a colonoscopy and rule out and synchronous lesion/ polyp presents elsewhere along the colonic length
