Doctor after eating like 15-20 I feel like it is gas but when I release my pants will be wet so what is the problem

My 2 months old lab is doing loose from yesterday and he's not eating anything...

I gave acidity problem and also stomach and intestinal problem. suddenly I have to leaving stool several times yesterday and the stool has no any mucus and blood. but at night I have mucus in my stool and a slight blood seems for one time.. but today their is no mucus and blood.... what symptom is this... notable that I have gastric and dysentery problems sometimes..

Sir my fatty lever grade 1 and also suffer liver abscess . Please suggest me

I had a problem of chills, vomiting ,,after vomited i dont ate any food. Take a tablet for vomiting Next day early morning loose motion comes.next day also having a body pain pls suuggest medicine and what fever is this.

I'm a trainee IT professional. I've recently moved to Chennai for my training for 1 month. Here I'm staying in hostel and taking food in hostel. It's been 4 days since I'm here. Two days back I had Puri for breakfast and since then I'm feeling nauseous and my stomach feels upset and I'm not able to eat anything correctly. I don't have any pain in stomach but it feels unstable and mild burning sensation.
