Stomach Problems & Remedies

For the last few weeks I have had constipation with pains in my upper and mid abdomen I feel as if I have something stuck on my throats and get frequent acid reflux all this is accompanied with gas release from mount and digestion. I have taken laxatives for a few days and have started having dirrerea as a result of this.

Ihave done piles operation one month back after that stomach pain and motions started daily 10to15times motions occur please solve my problem

I have diarree since yesterday and i vomit twice and i am still not comfort and i have now very bad dizzeness .

Last week I have an endoscopy which shows antral gastritis the doctor has prescribed me rabeparzole 20 and morease(mebeverine) tablet but i still fells nausea gas belching bloating and pricks in abdomen simetimes also sometimes i have to go to washroom 2 to 3 times for stools so plz suggest treatment

I have Tender pain in my sides of abdomen , which comes and goes . Its been almost 2 months i am facing this.

I've been dealing with body odor and bad breath that smells like feces for 21 yrs now, my question is can this be Trimethylaminuria or leaky gut syndrome. I wasn't born with it i just developed ir when i was in 5th grade, i would hold my poop everyday for about a year, i had bad eating habits , eating mostly junk food and sugars. Has someone heard anything about this? What can i do to cure this? P.s i take a shower 3 times a day so hygiene is not a problem.
