Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am suffering from acidity problem from past 6 months it only occurs at the time of eating whenever I eat any thing my chest started burning as the food goes inside my stomach I feel burn in my stomach I usually used to smoke most.

I've been having bloated stomach since, a day before yesterday evening. I've tried every possible home remedy available, however, it still isn't reducing. Could you advice what should I do to get rid of my bloated stomach?

Few week before my father faced a problem suddenly his right hand didn't respond ,got headack ,suddenly start feeling weakness normal sweating previously he had gone through to gallbladder operation. He is also having acidity problem some time its high .kindly suggest .

Since long back I have been suffering from gas and acidity problems, whatever I have after sometime I start feeling bloating inside my stomach, chest pains and all. Im suffering from heavy gastric issue and acid reflux and slight pain in stomach area. I hv consulted many dosctors. Ultrasound is normal. No medicine works for more then a day or 2. Today someone told me imight have navel displacement. Is it possible to have such problems with navel displacement??

I have been having acidity in my tummy for more than 15 days. It started after I had intensely spicy paneer dish. I am unable to eat red chilly in any dish since then. Also I am unable to digest any kind of protein since then. Gas and acidity are my current issues restricting my diet.

I have been suffering from constant throat irritation, the intensity of which varies widely. Sometimes it is barely there and I feel almost normal, other times the irritation intensifies to very painful burning in my lower throat. My ENT performed a laryngoscopy and found vocal cord oedema which he says is indicative of laryngopharyngeal reflux and prescribed me esomeprazole 20mg twice daily. However, it has been 2 months now and symptoms are still fluctuating widely. Can someone explain please?
