I did not have any constipation since 4 yrs,only gas issue used to be there , my stool used to pass normally and regularly twice a day, suddenly 7 days when I tried to excrete, I could not pass my stool, since last 6 days, I'm trying continuously , taken laxatives and dulcoflex tablets, but still no benefit, it is same, im getting worried if something major has not happened to me

I am goi to toilet within one hour of having food and 4 times a day , its not like diarrhoea also but i feel weak and tired and pain in legs and feel as if my nutrition is passing down the drain . What should i do ?

To start, I have IBS. Two days ago, my stomach pain sent me to the ER. I was dry heaving and in 9/10 pain. When I arrived at the hospital, I finally vomited a few times and immediately felt much better. I was given fluids in an IV and send home with some nausea medicine. Since then, my nausea has dissapeared, but I have absolutely no appetite. What really worries me is that the lower right side of my abdomin is very tender to the touch. If I am not touching it, I have no pain.
