I'm on omeprazole 20 mg capsules for acid reflux and took one this morning at 830 am, 30 minutes before food. I didn't wait the full hour. And just a couple hours ago tonight I started feeling acid reflux again so I took another capsule about 45 minutes ago maybe 10 or 1030. Was that a bad idea, and should I see a doctor immediately? If not a bad thing should I take my morning capsule as usual?

My right side under my right breast on my abs is a very sharp pain that hurts whenever I cough, breath in deep, talk, sneeze, laugh. Not sure what its from. Visited urgent care and they drew blood, did an ultrasound, X-rays and a urine sample. I was there four hours and they said they know what it isn't but they don't know what it actually is.

I have diagnosis Fatty liver grade 2 due to alcohol in ultrasound. I have pain in stomach. I take 360 ml of alcohol on regular basis. Pls advice me for diet, precautions, medicine, home remedies, and exercise to cure this problem. Liver size is 17 cm.

We are using nitro bid cream for annel fussures 3 times /day and zalocain gel also 3 times a day for more than 50 days also taking lactoloose syrup 10ml 2 times with 250ml water. There is no recovery for the inner cracks fussures daily dite also maintaining good fiber food and lots of liquid juice fruits vegetables and water . what best we can do for quick recovery

I have had this problem for 2 years. At first, it began as a massive lump sticking on the side of my anus. Then it decreased it size and leave a hardened meat-like at that spot and a wound above, both stayed there for a long time. Recently, my bowel movements are weird: Smaller poop, feel harder to push in every states. What is that thing? How do I treat it?
