Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am facing disorder of digestive system ,Sir I dont know either my stomach is not correct or my Intestines are not working correctly but i am going weak due to this disorder I am eating less amount of food and i did not like to eat more. and my wastes are improper it is sometime occur in liquid form and some in semi liqud and sometime is semi solid form
