I haven’t had a bowel movement in almost 2 weeks. Last time I had to take ex lax just for a little relief. I’ve been feeling more and more bloated but then today my stomach started hurting. Cramps fullness discomfort. I also began to feel nauseous, I have cottonmouth too. Problem is every time I eat or drink something the fullness feeling gets worse and my stomach starts hurting worse. I don’t know at what point is it constipation to a serious issue? I’ve had 3 abdominal surgeries too.

Just 4 days ago, i had my 2nd ultrasound in the gallbladder. Its diagnosis is Cholelithiasis and Chronic Cholecystitis. My Gastroenterologist Doctor recommended me to undergo an abdominal surgery. Is it necessary to remove the gallbladder with my diagnosis? Why can't i have a medicine that will melt the gallstones inside my gallbladder? What could be the right options? Taking the surgery or not?

Hello good evening Dr I have last one month some irritated issue. Which mean I have take any food or snacks even if coffee or tea then water will be taken within half an hour will be go to the rest room. Stomach will mild pain and motion will be came. And more gas will be released with irrition. So actually what is problem and how to get remedies. Pls give a ideas will be solution. Thanks Dr.

So for the past 8 months to a year I have been having bowel issues. After a bowel movement I wipe clean with water. 20 mins later I go back and wipe again and there is fecal matter on the paper. This continues throughout the day. My diet is a high fibre one and I'm a non smoker and moderate drinker. Any ideas?
