I can't eat satisfyingly, always bloated stomach. I spend min 20min in toilet. Kindly request you suggest

I've been having watery stool for the past three days. This is right after my trip from a hill station.

I am having severe pain in my stomach,feeling vomit but not vomited... Loose motion and not so much eaten today...what happened to me???

My Father's age is 67, today morning empty stomach his sugar level was 168, now he is suffering heavy constipation from last few days. between 3 days alternate he is discharging toilets, and he is feeling very uncomfortable. he is also taking warm water to drink but problem is same kindly provide any good medicine prescription so his problem can be solve.

I was just at a day clinic and a doctor wanted to prescribe me a anti nausea medication, but I told him I still had some at home from my last visit. When I got home, I saw I did not have any. What some equivalent over the counter anti nausea medications I can get in the mean time?
