I gave blood two weeks before , I'm experiencing gas problem , heart burn , headache , fainting . I took zinetac as Im travelling .Please advise permanent solution to get rid off

I’ve been having some trouble with my bowel movements. I never feel like I’ve completed emptied my bowels though my stomach doesn’t feel full or bloated etc. It’s also the same with passing wind- it’s almost a struggle to pass wind that is waiting to be expelled- normally it would just come naturally. I first noticed this 8 weeks ago but it’s been getting gradually worse.

I diagnosed GERD .. what type of diet i take. And what i avoide plz guide me . . I m takeing razo 20 tablet

For last few days am having bloating stomach at middle portion with little or no pain.though sometime its good amount of pain.Very uneasy feeling. sometime there is nothing and very easy feeling. sometimes gas is coming out sometime blocked. facing this for last few weeks.

My mouth is always acidic which increases with intake of food. stomach swollen which also increases with intake of food. taking rabiprazole 20 mg once daily, itopride 50 mg twice and ranitidine 150 mg at bed time since last one month. But no relief. please suggest the suitable measures.
