Appendicitis?
I have been nauseated for some time now accompanied by bloating, diarrhea, fatigue, chills, stomach pain on right side and dizziness. Could this be appendicitis?

It could be, but it will be impossible to confirm with out a thorough history taking and clinical examination by a qualified general surgeon. S/he may also prescribe certain investigations such as blood tests, USG or CT scan as needed.
