Your question is incomplete. I am presumuing thst you have severe pain during passage af hard stools. This a cut in you anus due to hard stool. With each passage of stool there will be severe pain ...burning...sometimes blood. Postponing motions will make stools harder.
Next Steps
apply lox jelly 2% inside anus 15 mts before motion and afterwards. sit in tub of warm water for 5 minutes after each motion. Make sure stools are softer. Do not take isapgol as more stools will form and more difficult to evacuate.
Health Tips
