48 years old and bloated all of the time with constant stomach ache. Generally feeling unwell.

Hi Dr, I feel bloated all the time and an urge to go to loo after meals. Can you suggest what problem might I be facing.

After eating a meal.. Gas forms in the stomach. Due to this reason I go 3-4 times to toilet. When I wake up in the morning the stomach is totally filled with gas. Need a reason as to why this happens and need correct medication to get rid of this.

Last few days ive been getting yellowish urine. Today I noticed yellowishness on the sides of my nails. Did a bilirubin test and here is result. Bilirubin total 1.03 Bilirubin direct 0.15 Bilirubin indirect 0.88

I'm 18 and I think I've had internal piles for about 2 or 3 months i don't remember clearly. Since this is quite sensitive, I don't let anyone know about it, and I'm very nervous.
