I have a fatty liver stage 2what can i eat and what should be avoided and can i eat potato, coffee

My wife is suffering from stomach pain from 2 days , we both are eating the same regular home made meal , so not sure about the cause . Kindly help.

I have had watery diarrhea for the last 30 hours and I violently threw up everything I ate yesterday. I took idium for the diarrhea (no noticeable difference) and midol for the abdominal discomfort. I have no fever or other flu symptoms. I'm getting a little dehydrated but trying to take in as much water as I can. I don't remember eating or drinking anything out of the normal or that I haven't had before this. Any thoughts on what wrong with me and how I can get better?

I have digestion problem that is my body not burn enough calories.I have to go more than two to three times to washroom for potti in morning.

I need to go poop again and again . I need to go 4-5 times a day. It is not loose motion but normal. If I eat something i need to go poop after 1-2 hours. I am having this problem from 2 years. That is why I am becoming weak and thin also.

My stomach burns when I eat lunch or dinner. Afterwards I would take green tea and feel better. But this is constant thing .

I’ve been taking amoxicillin for 2 days for a sinus infection but today I’ve been throwing up and pooping bile. It’s a light green color. Should I be worried? Will this go away if I stop talking the amoxicillin?

My son age 21 years suffered with h.pilori bacteria two years ago treatment taken now no any problem I watch some doctor articles that says one of the reasons for stomach cancer is h. Pilori bacteria now i have some fear after read that article is it correct? any advance tests needed? please tell me.

Upper abdominal tightness feeling,vague pain,acidity,nausea vomiting,uncomfortable feel to sit or lying,pain spread to back,bowel not clear for two days,felling burping or flatus pass may give comfort but can not be. Usually appear in evening or night.The problem started from last Saturday.

My Problem started with acidity, before 7 days, i used to eat outside food, before that i was taking alochol and quitted smoking, then i took pentasac tablet ,and rabecon-dsr , but no result, now there is pain in upper abdomen, little in chest, and back pain seems in kidney upper back, left back pain sensation when i take deep breath.
