From last 2 to 3 years iam going toilet after waking up and after completing of breakfast also I again have to go to bathroom. Why can't I flush it out in one go with empty stomach.if I skip the bathroom after breakfast then I need to go in between in day which is problamatic during working hours. Can you suggest me something thing to get my stomach empty in early morning.

I’m a 20 year old male and I’ve been having stomach gas problems since I was 17. I tend to feel bloated most of the time and pass a lot gas. I also feel tightness in my upper abdomen and can also feel spams at times. For bowel habits I usually poop once or twice a day. I also seem prone to diarrhea every few months although it could be a coincidence. This condition comes and goes and usually last for a few weeks. I just want to know what could be the cause of this and is it something serious?
