I am a 22 years old male and I always experience growth from my anus every time I struggle to defecate. It hurt a lot and like for two to three days go back in most often I put it in myself. What can I do?

I went for the regular checkup, I have found 5mm gallstone. Which is not giving pain and symptoms. What to do? Shall I go for surgery or have medicine for dissolution?

I've been having a slightly bloody stool or something in me slightly bleeding when I defecate. It started yesterday and first was just a problem of going to the restroom a lot and trying to defecate with very little luck. Very sticky and small amounts of stool. Difficult to actually push out. I feel like I have gas or am backed up. Today it seemed like my stomach was slightly distended as well and it was uncomfortable slight cramping. I'm not sure what to do to try and alleviate the issue

I'm suffering from constipation which has increased since few months and some times I can see some blood after passing the stool ( i have piles problems as well which has been diagnosed in the year 2015) Because of this I always feel a discomfort in my stomach.
