Stomach Problems & Remedies

So, I've been through diarrhea for about 2-3 days, and i can not fart because everytime i want to, then the feces will come out too. And everytime i try to eat, i just feel sick and ended up throw up. I feel hungry but everytime i try to eat, it's like my stomach is not cooperating. Yesterday I ate fruit cake, rice, some chickens, vegetables, bananas, asparagus soup, and ice cream. Today i onlt eat a few crunch of peanuts, a slice of cake, rice, and chicken. But i ended up threw up.

My liver is mildly enlarged and is about 16.4 cm. There is increased echogenicity of liver parenchyma. I am Female: 60 year old

Sir , i have problem of irritable bowel syndrome from last 42 yrs that is since birth i have having dese problems of fully hyoer acidity ,gasses,bloating and not able to eat anything up . I cant have anything like nothing. Also periods are very heavy and pain is unbearable

I self-diagnosed gastroenteritis on Sunday because I had all the symptoms: Not being able to keep anything down, constant diarrhea and fatigue. After a day all the symptoms went away except for the diarrhea, it is now Tuesday and I'm spending half of my time on the toilet. All of a sudden I also got this ball of phlegm in my throat that inhibits me from singing. I was just wondering what my plan of action should be. Thanks for your help.

I feel the need for my bowels to move. I went to the restroom to try and was in there for over an hour. I have huge hemmroids now and still can not get any relief. My body is pushing and acting as if I’m dry heaving as if vomiting. But nothing is passing. I feel it is because of the hemmroids that have developed. The hemmroids ae huge. I put cream on them and took a stool softener but I’m sweating and in a lot of pain. What should I do?

I am have piles initially it was bleeding now it's started paining while passing stool and itching too. Done with colonoscopy as was very scared of as to why blood is coming when ever I pass the stool.plz suggest!! Thanks
