Stomach Problems & Remedies

Since a week I'm having a lot of gas trouble, there is change in bowel habits I frequently hit the loo ( 3-4 times a day ). I found little blood in my stool today. Constipation is another symptom what I'm facing. however I don't have any abdominal pain, just too much gas. Sometimes I go to the loo feeling like I have to poop but only pass gas. Should I consult a doctor and get screened for Colon cancer? Or is it a minor problem? Please suggest.

For the last 10 months I have been having rectal bleeding, but with no pain. I am just now on medicare. The blood is bright bright red, and there is a lot of it.

I have stomach pain in upper middle abdomen after eating and pain lost for maximum 1 hr. Checked with general physician doctor and he prescribe pantaprazole to take before food. I tried that but it somehow it's not working well . Pain starts coming again. Please help me to proceed for further treatment of symptoms is stomach ulcer.

I was diagnosed with diverticulitis yesterday after 5 days of pain and a urine test showing trace leuk and 3+ blood. I was put on antibiotics (Bactrim) but have only had one dose so far. However, when I woke up this morning the pain had spread and is now affecting my flank and up into my shoulder. I am having pain when I breathe. Should I wait for the Bactrim to work or should I go in to the ER?

I've been having kinda bad stomach aches and after I have to poop like bad. Even during using the bathroom I would still have bad pain in my stomach. I've used the bathroom so much now that my down there hurts a little now . My poop would come out kinda like liquid

I am facing a problem of a fissure from last 42 days. I am taking medicines and felt it is healed from outside. However, while passing stool i still face pain and problems. I am taking a stool softener (Sodium Picosulfate (3.33mg), liquid paraffin (1.25ml), Milk of Magnesia (3.75ml) and "tranexamic acid but still first stools is very hard and painful, i'm also taking mefenamic acid tablets". Am I taking the right medicines?? Is surgery only way out for Fissure??
