Hi my husband has been diagnosed with 2 cm gall bladder stone with multiple calculi and jaundice. But now bilirubin has come down. Is surgery required or can be dissolved using medicines?

I am suffering from GERD, if i get up from bed i burp and if i eat or drink i feel like the food is not passing to my stomach, i feel suffocate in my throat or chest and i get relief once i burp. I never had this problem before, i am controlling my food habits and i am losing weight.

The pass 3 weeks The days I work iv always feel sick. But when I get home I still fill sick. But not at bad. Then it goes away if I dont work the next day. But I always wake up filling sick. Im not active in bed or anything either

I haven't eaten since about the 22nd or 23rd, so about 9 days. I'm aware of refeeding syndrome and know I can't just go back to eating normally or I could do some serious harm. I have been drinking water throughout. Do you have any advice for the refeeding process? Some sources I've seen indicate that monitoring of fluid, electrolyte levels etc. is important, which isn't really something I can't do myself. Is that necessary (i.e. going to hospital)? It’s been 4 days since I haven’t had a proper bowel movement. Went to the doctors they said it was impacted and they gave me a strong stool softener which did nothing. I tried exlax that didn’t work. Prune juice along with everything else I ate including medicine went straight through me. Any poop that comes out is bile now. None of my food is absorbing. Not in any severe pain just alittle uncomfortable because I can’t poop. What should I do?
