Distended gall bladder with multiple gall stones (10-15 Mm ) women age 48. What would be the solution

My upper middle stomach hurts really bad so I try not to eat and I'm ok with it since no food equals no pain but now it is getting very aggravating and frustrating to not know what it is.

I am suffering from hemorhoids. Doctor advised to me to take Laxiwal syrup and Diovol Syrup. He also advised an ointment named annovate and capsule daflon. I want to know That " Are these medicines helpful in curing the disease? There is small elongated portion on the anus as per the proctoscopy test Whether operation is the only option or there are other option too.

I am experiencing hear burn and indigestion with loss of appetite for past one year. My weight has increased. I have done endoscopy and ultrasound. The result came was GERD with hital herinya and ultrasound of my liver,pancreas all are in normal. Can any one help me becz i am more concer it might be  serious issue. Please advice

From past few years my stomach has become very sensitive, the meat which I used to eat earlier and was fine, the same meat upsets my stomach now and also I feel very bloated in mornings, sometimes when it gets severe i have even puked and stomach rets upset for a long time, had taken norflox TZ for a week course as suggested by one of the doctor's , i was fine while i was taking tablets after the course got over again within 2-3 days i started seeing issues when i was eating normal daily life food again including non veg

Yesterday I had a different foods including spicy food and fried food .. late night around at 2:30 I started to feel severe upper abdominal pain. It was getting worst if I sleep and it was little comfort if sit or walk .. what is the possible reason and medication for this ??
