Today i drink so much in the party after few times i start vomiting of blood is anything serious also today j drink after along time

I have multiple issues from last 6-7 months.like high blood pressure, short of breath, havy and fast heartbeat, slight pain or discomfort in left side of chest and righ lower side of abdomen.My test regarding heart (Eco and ETT) all were normal, doctor sugested me a tablet daily to control high BP but m face all issue up till now.Need your kind help to diagnose the issue please

I have had diarrhea for 3 days now and it averages about 20 times a day. It is a black liquid. There is a constant sharp pain in my stomach and on top of this I have a cold. I cannot seem to keep up hydration with the amount I am using the bathroom. Should I go to the hospital or wait it out?
