I m feeling so weak,it's like if I'll walk,I m feeling tired within a minute and my legs are paining.i m also feeling so uneasiness,like without eating anything,I m not feeling hungry and I am always having a headache too.

When i take lemon juices on empty stomach, i start getting severe burning sensation in stomach. If intake juice after food, I don't feel anything. Earlier in summer, i got same problem once when i ate mangoes on empty stomach. But when i ate mangoes after food, there is no problem at all!
