When going bathroom and like tightly and pain in my ass hole and it still full day

Hi, I had a problem of fissure a month back. I saw a Doctor and started medicine. The outer cut is healed now (there is a boil or bump kind of thing generated now) but inside the anus I am still facing pain. It also bleed during bowel moment. Should I go for surgery as its not curing even after 40 days ??

After frequent bowel movements there is a strong burning sensation in anus. Not even able to sit or sleep. It's paining. I can't go and consult a doctor right now. Please suggest what to do. I'm having loose motions also.

I have a dry mouth , persistent bad breath and burning sensation in the stomach

I takr o2 for two day due to lose motion now, i am facing problem in stool pasout.

I get a stomach upset every once in 6 months and it drains me out. When I am sick I am usually given antibiotics to treat the infection. I hate falling sick. I try to include lot of buttermilk, fiber and fruits in my diet yet after all the preparation to keep my body healthy I fall sick. I took an appendix scan but it says I don't have any problem. Before I got married I was 61 kgs now I am 66kgs. My height is 173 Cms. Do I need to alter my diet? Pls suggest what needs to be done.

I have been suffering from my stomach for the last few days. There seems to be an error in the problem of the problem. Stomach hurts after a little while.

I've been for the last week not feeling great. i figured i had ibs. but as of now it has calmed down. when i drank orange juice my stomach didn't feel the best. i felt the need to burp and fart. after a while i felt a good bit better. i went for a poop. i know that i still have a little bit of constipation. the poop sometimes comes out small. and othertimes susage shaped like normal. i find that water helps alot. thank you for your time.
