I've been suffering from piles from 1month.... home remedies to avoid piles

I have cramp in my rectum a couple days back I try passing my stool and it was only blood I have constant bloating and tummy aches I pass gas this morning and saw blood on the tissue

I have visited Apollo clinic.They prescribed me mirtaz.Does mirtaz effect body health?Cause they think I have overnight gas problem because I don't sleep properly at night

Sir, Every now and than, whenever i miss breakfast or whenever i eat too much or after party i feel severe headache and pain in eyes too, which doesn't subside even after sleep and i feel nausea due to this headache. I am using pain killer for these headache. Please advise whether its due to digestion/gastric issue and what treatment should i take ? Thank you
