Stomach Problems & Remedies

Age 51 years Female - Loose watery motions 8 to 10 times and abdominal pain for about two hours followed by chills and shivering and cold feet. With quilt and hot water bottle chills stabilised after 30 min and now still feeling cold but no chills. Severe but bearable headache. It is past midnight and what should I give patient. I have paracetamol and of login and omnidozole tablests at home. Can I give them together on emp.ty stomach
