Stomach Problems & Remedies

Sir/Madam, I am male aged 44yrs 81 kg. I hear growling & borborygmi sound in stomach many times ( 10-12 times) in a day since last 1 month.. The gas gets accumulated more in evening in colon and I fart 7-8 times in a day & 2-3 times in night during sleep & release gas which has no smell.. I have tried many diet including not taking dairy products etc. Few local Drs give me some antibiotics & pentocid dsr also.. For some times it reduced but again started. Kindly advise good treatment / medicine to cure this problem permanent as I am unable to concentrate in my work. My executive medical health check up reports which also include stool test are Normal.

Hello dr in feb 2017 i had an surgery for perianal abses but the operated area was bot healed then i had another operation fistuluctomy was done in end of August but still my perianal abses is draining and its been 4th month but there is no improvement in my abses now a surgeon recommends me to do colospy and another surgery of the fistula if you can help please suggest me diet and a good suggestion thank you

I am suffering with stomach pain sometimes while going to toilet. It occurs once in a while if I have had more food.

There is pain im my abodomen.actually around right ribs. I feel pain in ribs too.i am 36 year old woman. This pain occure every now then, afer some time i feel calm but in a week again this start. Some time i took zandu pancharist im hot water and jumps,it gives me little relif.

I have acidity problem ..which effects me more at night ...heart burn ,bloating , upper adomen pain , breathing suffocation when acid climbs up the stomach.gas problem all persists . A doctor gave me pantocid L before eating .i experince fever symptoms and a chill around me neck , shoulder and behind head region.left side of the heart below armpit feels pains .please advise whether it is anxiety or digestive disorder .thank u
