I have been suffering from piles for few days... and it is hard to pass stool as the size of stool is large in diameter. How can i get rid of it immediately?

My mom is having an apetite issue. She is not willing to have regular everyday food but she is liking the junks and as a result she is getting weaker day by day. Please suggest a diet chart. My mom got gall bladder removed when she was in her 30's. I am found to have blood with my bowel motion for last 3 days continuous .the blood (i think about 5 drops)is i think at the end of the motion. There is no pain or discomfort than from normal bowel motion.
