Relapse of tyohoid
My mother got typhoid year back, with igm and igg both positive, treated with antibiotics.. got cleared...now 4 months back she suffered from loose motions but get rid of it using cefim antibiotics, 1 month back she again suffeted extreme vomiting and fever. The Doc suggested typhoid test and again we did the same test ( Igg and Igm) and results were Igg negative and igm +. Again treated with Cefim. Vomit and high fever gone but now extreme weakness and pain in back.. is it typhoid?

How old is your mother ? There is something called multidrug resistant typhoid.  Some people are typhoid carriers who will be benefitted by removing gall bladder through a key hole surgery
