Yesterday had watery stool nd fever .took imodium stool stopped but fever still .taking norflox twice a day and Dolo plz help today is the second day

You are probably having food poisoning.  Continue above medicines. Have ORS 2-3 glasses after each episode of loose stools. Avoid dehydration. Avoid spicy/oily foods.  Can take probiotic capsules along with for a week..
