Pancreastitis Acute in. Can surgery?

My father addicted of alcohdoctol in from 2003,  he drinked  in Two times in a week . But after it Regular, he felt a abdomen pain, He shows in hospital in Aligarh , doctor suggested ultrasound of pancreas, lungs, Leaver, Chest X-ray, Blood sugar, all check up founded neg ative except pancreas, Pancreas was swallowend, doctor said acute pancreatitis, Doctor said to admitted in hospital. But my father was not admitted. Taken medicine but pain not stopped. After 02 days goes to AMU Aligarh medical, Doctor admitted for 02 days pain stopped but again pain start, Stomach filled by water internal. Doctor gave eggs, Bread, Juice, But pain stopped for 08hours, Again start,. He admitted in Varun hospital, Aligarh, On 19Nov14, Hospital gives fluids, Medicine, Pain killer injection, For 04days, after 04days doctor ARSAD KHAN Of AMU Came and completed surgery, but water from stomach comes regular Pls sir acknowledge me what should for treatment of panreastitis Acut, which doct can surgery?
