Gas,acidity formation in upward direction. Burning sensations with chest and back pain. Suffering since last 3 weeks.

I didn't passed my stools since last 2 days. Today i noticed blood in my stools. There was always probleme while passing stools. this was the second time i saw blood coming from my stools. How to stop it permanently?

I done umblical hernia surgery laprascopy last year december 2016, that time without mesh, doctors done that operation. Now I have got again umblical hernia, I have hypothyroid 7.5 level now I have suggested to do open surgery, is it ok to do operation kindly advise sir. I am suffering from GERD for past 2-3 months. Took medicines like Nexpro L for a month. Went for endoscopy which shows inflammation in Gi tract above esophagus. Also acute inflammation in stomach. Took NEXPRO HP kit for a week. But i am still not completely recovered. Please suggest. Intermittent burning and pain in middle of chest and upper abdomen.
