I feel bloated and heavy all day long. It may be because I drink a lot of water at once (upto 8 litres a day), not sure. Also, I am having loose stool passage almost daily.

Last night I had 2 cinnamon rolls and a glass of almond milk before I went to bed. I woke up in the middle of the night with cramps, then this morning it felt like I had to go to the bathroom and have diarrhea or pass gas but I held it in. This happened twice. Finally, I decided to get up around 11:30 a.m and go to the bathroom and I had really bad diarrhea. I was probably on the toilet for about 20 minutes. I googled it and was convinced it was IBS. I'm not sure.
