Whatever i eat it comes out through vomiting from last 10 days , not able to eat anything ( the taste feels so sour ) even of water. Its like somebody has put a neem ka patta always in my mouth. Vomtinig zara si hi horai par kuch bhi khane k baad almost ho jarai. Last night had 101 fever also for a while. Please suggest the cure.

Burping coming continuously at the same time feeling burp but not coming out. So feeling like stomach is full.so I could take food instead that milk and banana. I'm having this issue past 3 weeks .

I’ve been having a dull constant stomach ache for the past 3 days with loss of appetite and increased pain after eating.

I have been having on and off pain on upper center of stomach with some nausea

24 years, male, diagnosed with h pylori infection a month ago. After eradication, I feel worse with heartburn, little nausea and fullness, and some burning pain in stomach. Apetite good, no weight loss, stool ok, no vomiting and no severe abdominal pain. I am afraid I have stomach cancer!
