Please suggest a diet chart. My mom got gall bladder removed when she was in her 30's. But since then many times she had digestion n gastric problem due improper digestion specially dairy or even slightly oily food. But this is giving her weakness. She survives on Amla n other digestive products but that too doesn't work at times. She gets running stool or stomach ache n then she gets weak. Kindly suggest an apt meal routine n diet for such patients who don't have gall bladder n older to maintain there health.

Swelling on the anus is present and also more pain . What will be the complications. What is the remedy

I am found to have blood with my bowel motion for last 3 days continuous .the blood (i think about 5 drops)is i think at the end of the motion. There is no pain or discomfort than from normal bowel motion.

I m feeling so weak,it's like if I'll walk,I m feeling tired within a minute and my legs are paining.i m also feeling so uneasiness,like without eating anything,I m not feeling hungry and I am always having a headache too.

When i take lemon juices on empty stomach, i start getting severe burning sensation in stomach. If intake juice after food, I don't feel anything. Earlier in summer, i got same problem once when i ate mangoes on empty stomach. But when i ate mangoes after food, there is no problem at all!
