3rd degree piles
I have been suffering from piles since teenage and was unable to convey the same to the family. I had undergone treatments by dr. Batra homepathy for 2 yrs in 2011 and 2012, the problem seems to have temporarily cured. But it has cropped up again recently. Though it gets resolved in few days. But recently it has not got resolved for last three months. And it pains with every bowel movement sometimes blood also pours. I could feel a pointed development below. Which I need to push back in after every bowel movement . It hurts a lot, while movement and also pushing in. It pains all day sometimes. As if trying to come out. I need atleast a temporary fix so that hurting stops than only I will be able to go to doctor for further examination. I am currently stuck in financial crisis and don't want to tell this to my wife yet .

I'm sorry for your suffering but you need to visit a general surgeon at the earliest, who can examine you, and then guide you as to whether surgery is needed and which one would be best for you. Delay may result in complications.
Next Steps
Please see a general surgeon at the earliest. in the mean time you can sit in a tub of Luke warm water (Sitz bath) 4-5 times a day for 10-15 minutes. Try and avoid constipation by taking fiber supplement like isapgul.
