Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having Acid reflux since last 3 days. Abdominal pain and cramping since 2 days. constipation, black stool, mucus in stool since 1 day.

I am suffering from gastritis since six month.please suggest medicine.every morning I m having swelling on upper stomach.

I feel bloated after i eat my dinner . I feel pain in my chest and throat . When i empty my bowels i feel relax. What can be the cause .

Now from one days i am having some gastric problems like gas,loss of apetite upset stomach. i think its an food poision because it started a day before when i eat ghee with sugar in my launch.now i have other symptomps like headache,muscle pain ,eye pain and mild fever.i also feel very weak.now what shouid i do? please tell me sir?its a food poision or anything else?
