Stomach Problems & Remedies

1) I am 35 year old. I have undergone appendix operation (Endoscopy) before 6 months. 2) It was sudden shock for me. Because I have no any digestion issue/ problem before that operation. 3) In June 2016 Suddenly I suffered acute stomach pain, omiting. And after sonography Dr. Diagnosed It as Appendix. 4) Now  from this January I have started Exercise Details : Warm up / Loosening jogging - 10-15 min. Running 3-4 km - 10- 15 min. Dips 3 sets - 10 No's Each 10 - 15 min. *** Questions *** Is it sutaible for my body ? Is it necessary to take any precaution ? How to plan Exercise module? Is it necessary to wait for some Time to start Exercise Please give me suggestions

I cannot eat outside food or oily. After eating such I go through some digestive problems as well as bad stomach ache.

I m 20yrs old. Few days ago i ate chicken for D first time n after that I started vomiting. I used anything I used to vomit there was no pain in stomach. Then my doctor suggested me to do blood test in which my sgpt was 60.5 & sgot ws47. 4. She prescribed me D medcn Lupipan-D Sr. Nw I have gastric problem n stomach pain Plz help me n suggest me the accurate medicn.

Since 2 days I have loose motions with bleeding in the latrine only not outside it is because food poisoning? Becs I jst ate alot of fast-food in these 4-5 days pls tell wat to do and what is this? How much time it will take to recover?

Hi this is a bit embarrassing but i have been suffering for too long. 2 years ago i started experiencing farts that i can't control. When i was in the examination room, i could not concentrate as i keep on feeling like i want to fart. I can't listen to songs on the way home as i will always feel like farting and i thought it will go away at some point but i'm still struggling with it. Sometimes i will panic when my friend asked me to watch a video using earpiece as i'm afraid that i will fart.
