Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have had pelvic pain and gas pressure for over two years. I've had ultrasound, pelvic exam, blood work.. All comes back ok! The pain is more like a dull pain that radiates to my back. I feel it most when standing for extended time at work. The gas does not respond to antacids and seems to be worst on empty stomach. It almost seems like acid reflux, I get sour taste in mouth but it is not affected by what I eat. I've taken prescription medication for acid reflux and it doesn't help.

My 53 year old mother has undergone LFT test and her SGOT is 58 and SGPT is 83, both above normal range. Is it a point to worry? Should we consult doctor? What's possible cause and cure?
