Stomach Problems & Remedies

Its Christmas’s day and I have very loose stools, they came from nowhere and stomach pain goes as soon as I’ve gone to the toilet. I wouldn’t be concerned except the same thing happened about a week ago. I poo a few times and then it’s gone, and I have no idea what’s causing it. I also have really bad anxiety and a fear of getting sick so I’m quite worried,

Since, a week before blood was passing from my stools and so I took the precaution then it is fine but now some time I get pain in anus at the time of defecation, I also have Problem of constipation from year And Sometimes I have a lot of pain in the bottom part of the umbilicol.And Some time My stool is of different colours such as Black,Brown type. And I also feel very tired. Sir, Be Frankly to speak Whatever it is.

Lately I feel like puking after every meal I have and it continues for 2 to 3 hours. I feel like nothing I eat is getting digested. What should I do? Age: 23 years. Height: 170cms. Wt: 64 kgs Breakfast: Bread and jam. Full boiled egg Lunch: Chapati and dal and sabzi. Sometimes I have half bowl of rice. Dinner: Chapati with dal and sabzi.

Hi doctor.some days ago I was suffered from gas and acidity problem .then I fell a pressure in my chest and always I fell vomit specially when went anywhere or journey time .then I cheek up me and taken medicine properly.my USG report says that fatty changes in my livir.but some days after I rilif from this problem.but now a days I fell some tensed all time and I think that the disease is not cured. I know that I have no problem but I always stay tensed .but I don't relief from this tension.when I more tensed then I fell more uneasiness. So doctor I want the way from this problem very soon.

Malena 2 episods dark brown stool upper gi endoscopy done which is normal colonoscopy done which is normal ct entrography is done also normal ocult blood presence .paleness gridiness,irritation,sleeplessness,itching,low hb,low iron count,low platelet,loss of apitite,fast heart palpitation

I have loose motion like water from this morning. No stomach pain. Please suggest medicine for quick relief
