Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had constipation and I.b.s since last 6 months when had Bell's palsy paralysi. Since then neither i could go to toilet nor complete sleep . i used to wake arround 2 am in morning.my all 96 blood test and e.e.g test are good.only vitamin d test was not good. For that i have taken 16 vitamin d3 60000iu sachet once a week.Now I am taking lactic fiber,goldcal,prothiaden,petrol medicine. My sleep problem solve and but I only relief 50% in constipation. For 100% relief I had to take pan D medicine in morning. But I don't have gas problem. I have shown psychiatrist,gastro,neurologist only gastro medicine suit me. Only above mention  medicine suit me.other medicine not suit.I am  taking milk in morning empty stomach and at night. I have heard that milk cause gas empty stomach. Should I avoid milk in morning empty stomach. I don't take outside spice things and tea or coffee. Or should I go for whole abdomen CT scan . is it necessary.I am asking this on line because I could not say personally

My wife had est 65 & hb 5.66. Because of constipation, she avoids taking ironman/syrup despite doctors advice. I am fed up with her nature. Can any food , veg or fruits help increasing hb?

I have been diagnosed with IBD and Early stàge of Ulcerative Colitis. I want to know what kind of special care I should take? Like Diet and other things. My doctor has asked me not take Milk and Chilly Powder is this ok? Is this condition reversible? I generally don't eat anything from outside even then this condition has arrived. Sir my sgpt is not nrmal sometime 80 some time 150. I took many medicine. And take advice dr but my live is not normal stii, I drink alcohol very rarely May I know the seriousness of this issue? Does this indicate any serious damage to my liver?

Sir, from last 7 days I was feeling some pain in right side of abdomen. Then I have done tests for blood and ultra sound. Please check and advice. Also I am feeling mild fever. I have been having some pain in my lower left abdominal area, like 3 inches below the belly button and about 4 inches left of it, the pain comes and goes but it is not too severe, it is like maybe a 2 or 3 out of 10 scale, I don't really know if it is related to the king of food I eat or what can be causing it. When I eat, the pain goes away, when I haven't eaten it goes away, it is not on the stomach, please provide some advice, thanks. L.A.
