I have constipation past 1 year but recently(past 4 months) consulted specialist due to blood in stool and pain while passing stool, pain remain some how about 5min, he done sigmoidoscopy & said u have fissure they given their own prepared medicines, some how for 1 month it's k not fully, every time i go for consultation he gives the same medicines just say continue with the same medicines it will cure if not den will see further. It's very difficult to pass stool especially start stool is very hard, Sometimes I have to sit in toilet for 30min to pass start stool(even while  taking their own prepared medicines) and it's that much harder, due to hard stool I am getting lower abdomen pain. One of the doctor suggested in online take isabgol before bed time and apply diltigesic 2% gel 3 times a day but I feel better than before but still din't get rid of hard stool fully and blood in stool. Hello doctors PLEASE help me with the best SOLUTION PLZ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... .

I am a medical representative. Last 3 days getting blood drops while passing the stools. 5 to 6 fresh blood drops are coming with light pain. Last few days were very tiring for me didn't have enough food, water sleep and was always on bike journey. What do I do? Also suggest the diet.

Sir i am underweight.....so i did a stool test to check about worms.....so in the report it was mentioned that pus cells are numerous....so what does that mean....is everythng fine.....

It was difficult for me to swallow food 2 years ago, so doctor advised to do endoscopy and prescribed medicine. I felt severe constipation and skin eaching which was side effect of medicine. I later on started aurvedic medicine which gave more relief...but still I am suffering from GERD.. please suggest suitable medical treatment...shall I go for homeopathy or panchgavy
