Sir my endoscope opinion antral erosions it can be cured completely how many days to be taken approximately its a serious problem or not

For a very long time now,I never really evacuated my bowels. I never thought it was strange until these past few years when I started to realise that my friends went to the toilet every day, which I understand is normal. I eat regularly and that too healthy,i eat more fiber n drink more water, I was always a healthy child so I don't understand the problem. before i used to defeacate twice a week,but now it became once a week n also it doesnt feel difficult whats wrong with me? any advices?

I have Chrons disease and ileum rescection in June 2005. I have been on remicade, azatharopine, and currently on Humira and Methorexate. My Gyn dr said today from my ultrasound I have enlarged uterus with Adenomyosis. I have crohns disease and its in the ileum, my Gyn suggested a Hysterectomy and said it is risky because of the Crohn’s disease. I would like to have the hysterectomy but I would like to know which Hysterectomy procedure is best and will having Hysterectomy be advised and safe

I been having problems I feel like I had air stuck in my stomach the first day felt bloated in the upper abdominal area then the next day had sharp abdominal pain on my upper right abdominal areA and at night when I laid down was so bad felt like I was being stabbed inside I couldnt breathe for a second and then next day had pain on my upper left side of abdominal side. Same feel bloated all day with sharp pains through the day. Hard to sleep at night with so much pain.

My stools are very hard and look like stones , i saw mucus in stool , I had a stool culture test but there was no blood , I often suffer from bloating and gas , my bowel movements are not regular , they keep changing , sometimes my stool is half soft half hard ... Passing out stool is painful sometimes , do I have cancer ? I'm so scared
