Hello Doctor, I have stomach ache with loose motions and I have to go to a family function tomorrow that I cannot miss, what should I do?

After the Liver function test , my total Bilrubin is : 1.4mg/dL .Any medication required as my age is 39years

Gastric chest pain, from back the pain is coming to chest since last few days. Also dizziness happens sometimes on its own.
