My alt (sgpt) is 60 and I am also suffering from grade 1 fatty liver and size is mildly enlarge

I was traveling and after coming back is having severe stomach cramps . Have taken a laxative and had motion but the cramp is still not going . It's kind of painful too so need some medicine to get rid of the situation ASAP

I am 39 years old Male I am suffering from acute gas problem even every time my stomach is bloated even after passing stools, gas is passed frequently . I am taking Rabesec -DSR two times a day, which helps a bit but my problem remains the same, please advice, thank you

I had constipation, disturbed sleep problem. In morning my stomach full. I shown many doctor.Now I relief 50% relief from gastro doctor. But for 100% relief I had to take lactic fiber granules at night and pan D tablet in morning but I don't have gas problem.            Can anybody suggest me that I am taking hot milk in morning before meal and at night after meal. I have hear a rumour that milk cause gas in morning. Should I avoid milk in morning. Can milk empty stomach cause gas.

I am having sgpt level 122 and sgot 64, since one month rest are within limit in LFT, I was having silybon 140 twice a day and pan d once in the morning, but still my sgpt in not under control. I am having less oily and spicy food as well. Kindly suggest what can i do to reduce my sgpt and sgot.

Severe body pain, headache, vomiting and loose motions. No energy to get up. Cannot digest anything. Blacking out

One night I stayed up late having extremely bad stomach pains it was almost unbearable . The morning after I had the same pains and then I took a nap and felt good as new besides a headache . The following day I had the pain again but it didn’t feel as bad . I layed down tonight and got the extremely terrible almost unbearable pain again. What could it be ? And how can I feel better ?
