  4. Unable to digest food. What should i do?

Unable to digest food
I am unable to digest food as i have to go washroom sometimes after meal only or sometimes 3 times in a day and moreover till evening my stomach gets full like a air ballon and feels difficult in breathing and also have headache due to this Please suggest what should i do

May be you are suffering from irritable bowel syndrome with alternating constipation and diarrhoea. If constipation persists for long then you can try laxatives.
