A small thin wall cortical cyst measuring18mm*16mm was seen in the mid pole of my left kidney with few calcification within it :complicated cyst (grade ll) on march,2016. It is still in same size on February,2018.I feel pain in lower abdomen in left side oftenly.. Is it harmful & how much??

I am getting lot of gas issue from last two year . Anything spicy or non veg item I intake cases lot of gas and heartburn . What is the permanent cure?

Hi Doc, a question pls. I was thoroughly diagnosed from head to toe in July 2017 for a visa purpose (pls check the reports attached) and medical test was approved, despite the fact that the bilirubin Level was higher. When my gf got her hands on my report she noticed that the bilirubin Level was higher than normal TBIL-56.3, DBIL-15.5 and IBIL- 40.8 umol/L. I don’t drink neither smoke. No other symptoms like fatigue, pain, itching or yellow skin/eye etc i don't take any medication and i feel perfectly fine. I’m 32 yrs old Indian male 170cm 65kg. I deliberately shed off over 15kg in 6months in 2012 by training at the gym and i haven’t lost any weight ever since. Should be concerned or suspect that I'm in a bad shape? I'm currently teaching in China. If I were to go see a doctor for lever or blood test , I might end up risking my job. So I'm just terribly concerned. Please check my reports attached to my profile.
